Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/p>\n<p>By using any of First Officium&#8217;s virtual office services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>2. Services Provided<\/b><\/p>\n<p>First Officium provides virtual office solutions, including but not limited to, a business address, mail handling, phone answering, and meeting rooms.  The specific services included in each package are detailed in the relevant service descriptions.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>3. Payment Terms<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Payment for services is due on the agreed-upon schedule.  Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.  Detailed payment terms are outlined in the service agreement.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>4. Account Access and Security<\/b><\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.  First Officium is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>5. Termination<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Either party may terminate the service agreement with a specified notice period.  Reasons for termination are outlined in the service agreement.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>6. Governing Law<\/b><\/p>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State\/Country].<\/p>\n\n<p><b>7. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/b><\/p>\n<p>First Officium provides services in good faith.  However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.  We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>8. Modifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>First Officium reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Updated terms will be posted on this page.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>9.
